• All delivery is inclusive of the price display. This means the price you see is the price you pay.

• You must be registered to Mystic Connect so that we can offer you the best service possible.

• We currently can only delivery items to the billing address. This is to stop fraudulent use of our shop.

• You should expect delivery between 5-7 working days (Monday to Friday - excluding Bank Holidays)

• We use NOCHEX to process our online payments. NOCHEX is one of the worlds largest online processing services and implement the most up to date security feature to protect you. They accept many forms of credit and debit cards including: Mastercard, Visa, Maestro and Solo.

• The list of online psychics are up dated regularly to give you the most up to date information, on occasion you might find that an available psychic becomes busy whilst you are in the phone menu, in this case you are always offered to speak to an equally as qualified psychic reader.

• All our psychics have had many years experience and are dedicated to giving you the best possible reading. Please feel free to leave feedback on any psychic you have spoken to.

• Many of our psychics also work on on text service and offer quick their expertise in a quick and direct manor.

• You must register to Mystic Connect to view our exciting and in-depth horoscope outlook for the entire year

Registering (back to help)

• Registering is simple and easy. All you have to do is click on 'Register for Free' and simply enter you name, date of birth, email address and password.

• You will have to activate your account. Once you have registered you simply have to check the email address you supplied for an activation email from Mystic Connect. Simply click on the link in the email to activate your account and become a member or Mystic Connect.

• If it seems you haven't received an activation email, make sure you check your junk/spam folder. In this case you will have to mark all mail from @mysticconnect.com as NOT junk/spam

• Once registered you you can now access the exclusive annual horoscope page plus purchase items from our shop. Also to post feedback and leave comments you must be registered.
