The best way to describe it is as seeing something by using you imagination, the only difference being is the sensations are real, you can taste, touch and feel everything you see in your minds eye just like you can when you are awake. Most people find this hard but with practice you will get it, the thing to remember is that not everybody actually sees images, some just know they are there. Why do we use it? In physic development belief is everything. You must belief 110% that what you are doing will and is working, and as the old saying goes, seeing is believing! There are some very good visualisation exercises to help you will your development, whether it is getting in tune with nature or meeting your spirit guides. It is a good idea to start simple, as this can take some time to master. Here is an exercise for you to try: Get yourself in a comfortable position and relax your whole body from the tips of your toes to the top of your head, in your minds eye see a triangle, the colour of it is up to you, make the triangle solid, reach out your hand and touch it, feel how smooth it is, make it grow until it is bigger than you, now put you hand on it and draw a door on it, see that door appear. Open the door and enter you triangle, feel it's energy surround you, feel it pass through you, you feel completely safe and at ease. Step back out side your triangle again and this time make it go transparent, walk through it, feel the triangle against your skin, warm and soft, when you are through to the other side turn and make your triangle small again. Now try to change the colour, once you have done this make the triangle so small that it disappears. Very slowly bring yourself back to now, slowly open your eyes... you are back in your own room feeling refreshed and relaxed. If you have problems with this don't worry it took me years to get it, just keep practising, just try to see the triangle, when you have mastered that then go on to the next thing. This house had been a Dentist's house, during the war the Government took it over. Hence after the war made into flats. This house to me was full of creaks! and groans! "i loved it all" to me it was so very exciting with all the shadows saying hi! One evening laying in my bed with the Army blankets over me, i heard a russle! i "gasped" and behold in front of me stood this" Victorian little girl" Lots of "white light" sourrounding her. I put my hand to my mouth, my eyes wide open..... I wispered "who are you" She said my name is Jane, i lived here with my family many years ago! I was in awe of her!!!! I wispered her my name and said that we could be friends. I was very "excited about that" I would not tell anyone at all as it would be our secret! As time went on i used to talk to all the"lovely spirits" "This particular night" i said my prayers and jumped into bed,thinking that all the windows were full of ice being the winter, that as you breathed out it would be full of condensation, from being freezing! She would be in a uniform with a hat on the side. I would always get a Scottish link and the name Elizabeth. Many years later just before my Mother passed away, i told her about this vision and the name.My Mother "gasped" she said that is your Great Grandmother Elizabeth, she was a Nanny for many years to a well off family. Also the Scottish link, is that your Grandfather Daniel was scottish, because his own Father was a Scottsman! Also i asked about Shire horses and country side, also the name Great Great Grandfather George. People being chased from London to country side. It turned out to be, we originiated from the Hougonots, they were chased from London to Norfolk. I explained that i used to see this man quite often in little shops, which a lot of Hougonots would have owned. They were chased to different parts of the world, very similar as the Jews. When my Mother passed away, friends and myself sat in a ring with lighted candles, everyone say a very tall lady and and a very tall man sit in the seats that were empty! That was my Great Grandmother Elizabeth and her son Grandfather Daniel! That was amazing for us all. I visited a friends house about a year ago, there behold i saw " Sir Winston Churchel" with his friends and lots of children and nurses! It was explained to me that i was right, as it had been a home for children and nurses during the war. Suddenly a doodlebug dropped on it and killed all the children and nurses! I thought that was verry sad, as it was a safe house! Also Sir Winston Churchel used to visit this beautiful house! I have been a very lucky lady, in seeing so very much in all the these years and still do. I have always loved my spiritual pathway. Though at times it was so very hard, but they were lessons for me to learn, so that i could always help others and give the healing for a lot of their hearts.
